ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Experience Designer is a pivotal role at the intersection of design, technology, and commerce. You will be responsible for the end-to-end digital experience on the prettyFIT website — ensuring every page is visually cohesive, intuitively navigable, and optimized to convert browsers into buyers. Working closely with the Marketing, Merchandising, and Digital teams, you will champion the customer at every stage of their online journey, across both desktop and mobile platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Website Design & Visual Cohesion

•      Manage and maintain a cohesive, brand-aligned visual design language across all website pages — homepage, category pages, product detail pages, campaign landing pages, and promotional hubs.

•      Develop and manage a consistent design system including typography, color palette, spacing, iconography, and component libraries to ensure uniformity across all digital touchpoints.

•      Translate seasonal campaigns and brand direction into compelling, on-brand digital experiences that reflect the prettyFIT aesthetic.

2.  UX/UI — Desktop & Mobile Experience

•      Map and optimise the full customer journey — from homepage discovery through to product browsing, cart, checkout, and post-purchase — identifying and resolving friction points at every stage.

•      Ensure full mobile responsiveness and a best-in-class mobile-first design approach, reflective of high mobile commerce adoption.

3.  Web Content Management

•      Manage day-to-day content updates on the e-commerce CMS (e.g. Shopify), including uploading new product imagery, updating banners, refreshing promotional content, and maintaining landing pages.

•      Oversee the timely rotation of website graphics and promotional assets in line with the marketing calendar — sales, launches, seasonal events, and collaborations.

•      Liaise with external photographers and creative suppliers to ensure product imagery and visual content consistently meet website specifications and brand standards.

4.  Conversion Optimisation

•      Take ownership of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across the website — analysing performance data, identifying drop-off points, and implementing design-led solutions to improve key metrics.

•      Monitor and interpret website analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent) and translate data insights into actionable design and content enhancements.

•      Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing team to align landing page experiences with paid media, SEO, email, and social campaigns — ensuring message-to-experience consistency.

•      Track and report on key performance indicators including conversion rate, bounce rate, average session duration, and add-to-cart rate, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders regularly.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our team based in Singapore. This role suits someone who enjoys hands on development, understands the full web lifecycle, and takes pride in delivering high quality, production ready solutions.

Role Expectations

• Research, analyse, and evaluate requirements for existing and new web and mobile applications
• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile solutions to meet functional and technical requirements
• Write, review, and optimise code to ensure it is well structured, secure, maintainable, and aligned with industry standards
• Ensure applications are compatible across browsers, devices, and platforms
• Develop and maintain website infrastructure, including integrations with other systems and applications
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of web applications
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and user experience of delivered solutions

• Proven experience developing and maintaining production grade web applications
• Strong programming skills in modern web technologies and frameworks
• Solid understanding of web architecture, system design principles, and software development best practices
• Experience working with databases and data driven applications
• Familiarity with API integration and third party services
• Experience working in cloud environments and modern development workflows
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt as technologies evolve

What’s the job?

We’re looking for a Designer whois tired of doing things the "old way." We need someone who can take a rough idea and turn it into a great video—whether that’s a 15-second TikTok, a corporate brand story, or a punchy social media ad.

The big twist? You must be an AI enthusiast. We don’t want you to spend three days masked out a background or searching for stock footage when AI can do it in three minutes. We want you to use AI tools to handle the grunt work so you can focus on being creative.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Making Videos: Editing, adding motion graphics, and picking the right music to make a story pop.
• AI Shortcuts: Using AI apps to generate realistic voiceovers, create cool video backgrounds, or even "film" scenes that we don't have the budget to shoot in person.
• Pitching Ideas: Helping the team visualize ideas quickly by using AI to create "mood videos" for our clients.
• Keeping it Real: Making sure the AI stuff actually looks good and not "weird" or "robotic."

What we need from you:

• You know your way around an edit: You’re a pro with Premiere Pro or CapCut, and you understand pacing and storytelling.
• You’re an AI Geek: You already use tools like Runway, Sora, or Midjourney in your free time or for work. You know which AI apps are worth using and which ones aren't.
• You’re Fast: You enjoy the challenge of a tight deadline and know how to use tech to beat the clock.
• You’ve got a Portfolio: Show us some videos you’ve made. If you can point to a scene and say, "I used AI to create this part," that’s a huge win.
