The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and business development of the company. Key Responsibilities

• Implement quality control procedures and service performance reviews.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across all service sites.

5. Procurement and Resource Planning

• Oversee procurement and utilization of cleaning equipment, machinery, and consumables.
• Evaluate suppliers and coordinate procurement activities to support operational requirements.
• Ensure optimal use of resources and inventory to support service delivery.
