We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a VUL Development Specialist

In this role you will: 

• Support in establishing end-to-end custody management processes, including custodian onboarding, account opening, investment assets assessment, and due diligence checks.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to VUL new business and ongoing operations.
• Support the simplification and optimization of front-office and operational requirements to improve speed to market.
• Assist in developing and governing key operational materials, including playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), for both new business and ongoing operations.
• Support in training sessions for internal stakeholders on VUL processes, custody protocols, and best practices.
• Ensure all custody and operational activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

To be successful you will need: 

• Working experience in life insurance, wealth management, custody operations, preferably with exposure to Variable Universal Life (VUL) products.
• Experience in processes enhancement and operational efficiencies.
• Possess basic knowledge on using Bloomberg a plus point.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Brief Summary:

This role focuses on driving business development and product validation initiatives by fostering partnerships with established consumer brands across Asia. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in business strategy and experience in product commercialization.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with established consumer brands in Asia for product validation and partnership opportunities.
• Lead business development activities, encompassing partner sourcing, opportunity assessment, proposal development, and negotiation of partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with partners to scope, structure, and execute product validation projects from concept to market testing.
• Manage the complete product development and commercialization processes, coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, consumer validation, and competitive analysis to evaluate product-market fit and commercial viability.
• Prepare financial models, business cases, revenue forecasts, and investment projections to aid decision-making.
• Develop and design business models, growth strategies, and commercialization roadmaps for validated products.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, financial targets, and project milestones.
• Support regular management reporting, budgeting, audit requirements, and various financial accounting activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple projects concurrently to ensure effective execution.
• Assist the COO with selected finance, reporting, and operational functions to ensure efficient execution across various projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 to 7 years of experience in business development, venture building, corporate innovation, strategy, product management, or related fields.
• Experience in working with consumer products, retail businesses, or sectors like FMCG, food, and beverage is preferred.
• Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and managing external stakeholders.
• Experience in launching, building, or scaling new products or businesses.

Role Overview

We are seeking a candidate with strong deal-sourcing capabilities and an extensive network within the digital asset ecosystem across Southeast Asia and South Korea. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving business growth in this emerging sector.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to define digital asset goals, timelines, and strategies. Identify target investors and create tailored marketing and communication plans.

• Oversee the issuance and distribution of digital assets. Implement security measures to safeguard token transactions and investor data.

• Engage with potential and existing investors, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the digital asset ecosystem.

• Manage the post-digital asset process, including token trading on secondary markets and investor relations. Ensure ongoing compliance with securities regulations.

• Present the investment opportunities and efficiently communicate the information to agents, intermediaries at Seoul headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.

• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and security tokens

• Experience in asset management and/or private wealth management

• Exposure to planning and executing security token offerings or similar fundraising initiatives is an advantage
