Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Monitor threat groups’ tactics and techniques, producing timely, relevant, and actionable cyber intelligence for stakeholders.

• Recommend and review intelligence requirements and collection sources to support analysis and reporting.

• Investigate cyber threats affecting telecommunications, media infrastructure, and systems; propose mitigations and detection strategies.

• Produce cyber intelligence products and briefings, including ad-hoc threat reports, monthly threat trends, and annual threat landscape summaries.

• Support cyber incident investigations, threat and risk assessments, malware analysis, and cyber exercises.

• Document and maintain processes to ensure accuracy and continuity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent professional experience.

• Approximately 5 years of experience in threat intelligence, with leadership experience considered an asset.

• Experience preparing and presenting threat briefings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with publishing cyber threat or vulnerability research and writing incident or threat assessment reports, including MITRE ATT&CK techniques, indicators, and recommended mitigations.

• Proficiency with Threat Intelligence Platforms and their integration with security solutions.

• Knowledge of telecommunications, broadcast, media equipment, enterprise environments, and associated technologies.

• Experience with network traffic/log analysis, computer/mobile forensics, or malware analysis.

• Experience creating or improving detection queries in Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems is a plus.

• Understanding of network and operating system security (Windows, Linux), cloud architecture, or application security.

• Professional certifications (CREST CCTIM, CRTIA, CPTIA, GIAC GCFA, GREM, GCFE, GCIH) are valued but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary due diligence reviews to support deal teams on prospective transactions.
• Collaborate with deal teams to understand requirements and resolve issues arising during the document procurement process.
• Prepare and analyze ownership, transaction, and funds flow structures based on client-provided documentation.
• Review KYC documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Perform due diligence checks using internal systems and external databases.
• Provide risk assessments, recommend mitigations, and ensure accurate data entry into eKYC systems, including independent validation of client documents.
• Prepare exception handling and risk assessment memoranda for trigger events, adverse findings, and new facility applications from existing clients.
• Draft preliminary assessment memoranda for cases involving deferred KYC completion in advisory transactions.
• Conduct periodic and trigger-based KYC reviews within defined timelines while minimizing rework.
• Review AML alerts escalated to the team and ensure timely investigation and closure.
• Support additional AML/KYC-related tasks, reporting, and project initiatives as required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years of relevant experience in corporate or project finance KYC.
• Candidates with comparatively less experience may be considered for a senior analyst position.
• Professional certifications in AML/KYC are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to KYC/AML (e.g., MAS Notice 626 or equivalent frameworks).
• High attention to detail with a proactive and well-organized approach to work.

• Project Planning and Management
  • Lead Research Management System and Library related application projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and resource management.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and project milestones to ensure the project stays on track and meets its objectives, adapting to the project's methodology and requirements.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to regulations and best practices.
  • Prepare and present status reports to the steering committee and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor project issues throughout the project lifecycle and conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and drive enhancements.

• Research Management System and Library related Application Implementation and Maintenance

  • Oversee the customization, data migration, and integration of systems, providing technical advice and coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors for seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the system meets business requirements, quality standards, and performance benchmarks. Address and resolve complex issues and defects, ensuring alignment with user expectations and adherence to security and policy requirements.

  • Track and assess vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics and deliverables. Address any issues or deviations to ensure adherence to contract terms.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Address any delays or logistical issues to minimize impact on project timelines.
  • Verify vendor invoices, ensuring that charges are accurate and correspond to the agreed terms and delivered services or goods.

• Degree in Computer Science or IT
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including hands-on project management and business analysis experience in enterprise system implementation and support.
• Prior IT experience in institutions of higher learning (in particular research management / administration) and SaaS application delivery (administering the setup and configuration) will be an added advantage.
• Extensive experience in project leadership and management, with proficiency in project management methodologies, techniques, and tools, including expertise in outsourcing, vendor and contract management.
• Ability to perform dual roles as project manager and business analyst, leading discussions from project initiation through planning and delivery, with good requirements analysis skillset.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to persuade and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels. Demonstrates proficiency in both oral and written communication, with strong conflict management abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing complex issues and finding effective solutions.
