Position Overview

The CEO Office Associate reports directly to the CEO and is a core member of the Office Management Team. This is a high‑potential, early‑career role designed for a motivated professional seeking broad exposure to executive‑level decision‑making and company operations.

The role provides structured support across business management, HR operations, and office administration, acting as a central coordination point to ensure execution, organization, and follow‑through. Over time, the position is expected to expand in scope and responsibility based on performance and capability.

Key Responsibilities

1.      CEO & Business Management Support:

• Support the CEO in daily business management and coordination activities
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, action logs, and follow‑up documentation for internal and clients’ meetings.
• Track key initiatives, priorities, and deadlines across the organization
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of CEO directives
• Assist with basic management reporting and internal business documentation

2.      Human Resources Operational Support:

• Support core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation and external HR tool.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date HR records and personnel files in the HR Tool.
• Coordinate recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Support performance review cycles and internal HR processes
• Act as an administrative liaison between management and employees on HR‑related matters.

3.      Office & Administration Management:

• Ensure efficient day‑to‑day office operations
• Manage relationships with office suppliers, service providers, and administrative vendors
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics as required
• Support basic finance‑related administration, including invoice processing, approvals, and expense tracking
• Maintain structured processes, documentation, and administrative discipline across the office.

4.      Process Improvement & Learning:

• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements
• Take ownership of recurring workflows and administrative processes over time
• Gain end‑to‑end understanding of company operations through direct exposure to the CEO
• Progressively assume greater responsibility based on performance and learning capacity.

5.      Partnership & External Coordination Support:

• Support coordination with financial institutions, partners, and external service providers under CEO guidance
• Assist in the preparation and organization of contracts, agreements, and related documentation
• Ensure proper follow‑up and record‑keeping for external engagements

Competency Requirements

1. ­Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
2. ­0–3 years of professional experience in business operations, administration, HR coordination, consulting, or a fast‑paced corporate environment
3. ­Strong organizational, execution, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
4. ­Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders
5. ­Solid understanding of basic business and administrative processes; ability to prepare structured business materials
6. ­Basic analytical capability with willingness to learn performance tracking and data‑driven decision‑making
7. ­High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information
8. ­Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with the ability to grow into broader responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on SEM Associate Manager to lead and optimize paid search campaigns Japan market. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and executional excellence, with the ability to work closely with cross-regional stakeholders and deliver against strict performance targets.

Skills and Experience 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Yahoo.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement hands-on optimizations to meet and exceed defined KPIs and performance thresholds.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
• Translate data and insights into clear, compelling narratives and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Quantify the impact of optimizations and strategic changes through data-driven analysis.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to evaluate user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure campaigns are executed with a high level of precision, consistency, and accountability.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese (reading and writing) is required to work with clients based in the Japan market.
• Strong hands-on experience in SEM campaign management across Google Ads and Yahoo Search.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize campaigns under strict performance targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convert complex data into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Solid understanding of website tracking and tagging; experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong QA capabilities to ensure accuracy in execution and reporting.

Social Worker

Salary: $3500 - $4500
Working Days: Mon – Fri (40hrs/week, center operations hours from 8am to 6pm)
Working Location: Clementi / Telok Blangah

Responsibilities:

• Review applications from AIC. Interview client’s and caregivers during enrolment into our programme/Home. Conducting Biopsychosocial assessment to assessing the strength and resilience of the client, families, and social support systems.
• Build rapport with residents/clients and their families. Maintain constant communication with clients while addressing their concerns and goals and helping them keep positive attitudes and educating the family members on the physical and psychosocial needs of the clients and ways they can access internal and external resources.
• Provide casework management for our clients and coordination with external agencies such as hospitals and polyclinic for clients who require financial assistance for their medical appointments.
• Develop and implement individual care plans (ICP) for clients and provide therapeutic support as needed. – working with other multidisciplinary team (MDT) members.
• Execute the ICP and monitor progress. Develop and implement programmes and activities through a planned/structured manner that is aligned to company’s values to meet the clients care needs.
• Coordinate with PT and OT departments to assist in helping clients feel comfortable and confident.
• Put up 6th monthly ICP review reports and monthly review records for clients.
• Evaluate existing, new and prospective clients based on their needs, desires and limitations.
• Update clients’ particulars and social report/review. Conduct casework evaluation, maintain case notes/documents.
• Person centred counselling for clients and/or families - counselling clients who suffer from poor mental health states and coping and adjustment difficulties in their transition.
• Risk assessment - assessing risk of self-harm and to others 
• Financial assessment and fund management and prepare periodic reports as required - identifying and referring cases for financial assistance (e.g. generate Means Test Subsidy Change Rate Report from MOH for invoices printing/Changed Subsidy report, IHDC Master
• Any other additional tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work
•  1 - 2 years’ social work experience
• With social work experience in residential setting for the elderly is an advantage
