Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all quality control documentation is properly compiled and completed for as-built handover through the QC Turnover Engineer

• Review and prepare reports for authority inspections, including RI inspections and BCA TOP inspections

• Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Quality System in accordance with Singapore standards

• Support application to BCA for CONQUAS assessment and drive efforts to achieve targeted scores

• Monitor and assess the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on-site
