About the Role

The Associate, Business Production Support will be a key member of the Supply Chain Management team, playing an essential role in driving fulfilment activities for Hegen By Me (HBM), our bespoke product personalisation service. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every product is carefully customised to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Supply Chain Management team in all HBM fulfilment activities, including accurate documentation and maintenance of administrative records.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate and execute HBM orders efficiently.

• Familiarity with UV and laser printing processes is highly desirable but not mandatory
