This role is suitable for candidates who are hands-on operationally, commercially aware, and comfortable managing full-spectrum finance reporting within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing and financial reporting activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting

• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and supporting schedules

• Perform financial analysis and explain key variances against budget and forecast

• Support bi-annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises

• Analyse business performance and provide operational finance insights to management

• Oversee daily finance operations including AP, GL, and internal finance processes

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies

• Coordinate and manage external audit process, including audit schedules, supporting documents, and auditor liaison

• Ensure accounts remain audit-ready and resolve audit findings proactively

• Drive process improvements, workflow optimisation, and finance digitalisation initiatives

• Support continuous enhancement of finance controls and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent

• ACCA / CPA / CA qualification preferred

• Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience within the manufacturing industry

• Strong hands-on experience in: Budgeting & forecasting, Financial reporting, Auditing experience

• Finance operations :
  • Prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a must
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance processes
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates who are operationally hands-on and commercially driven will be highly preferred

Job Descriptions:

• Oversees the end-to-end production operations for Frozen-Cooked, Cooked Chilled and related products within the Central Kitchen
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily manufacturing activities to ensure productivity, quality, and food safety standards are consistently achieved
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes, optimize resource utilization, and lead a team of production staff to meet operational goals
• Lead, plan, schedule, and manage daily production operations to meet company standards, output targets, and efficiency goals
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance, teamwork, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, ensuring preventive maintenance and effective resource use to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
• Track and analyze production metrics, generating accurate performance reports and presenting insights for management review and decision-making
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards in collaboration with the Quality Control team
• Build a high-performance operations team by cultivating a culture of learning, feedback, and resilience; coach team members to adopt a growth mindset and take ownership of their

• Oversee team performance and manage HR-related matters in partnership with the HR Business Partner (HRBP).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B Operations, Kitchen, Food Production experience is a plus
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and team player
• Good understanding labor and food cost analysis
• Problem solver and able to proactively provide solutions to real time operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, meticulous in paper work and able to work under pressure
• 3–5 years of experience in food production

Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

We are partnering with an established multinational in the manufacturing sector seeking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, robust cost control, strong internal governance, and alignment with group-level financial strategies. This role plays a key part in supporting business decisions by providing insights into production costs, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a team of 6–7 finance professionals and drive finance excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and management accounting functions
• Manage month-end closing and ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Liaise with bankers, external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
• Drive standard costing and variance analysis (materials, labour, overheads), and implement effective cost control measures
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
• Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making, particularly within manufacturing operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance staff
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance, with professional qualification such as CPA / CA / ACCA preferred
• 5–8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Strong experience in cost accounting and financial operations
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Cognos)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
