Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a hybrid work environment, and be well-versed in modern project management tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of accountability for the delivery of large-scale, highly visible, and critical business and technical projects.

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, implementation, stabilization, and closure.

• Work collaboratively with internal business/product stakeholders, engineering teams, IT, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.

• Track and manage scope, timelines, budget, deliverables, and risks across multiple parallel initiatives.

• Lead project kick-offs, define roles and responsibilities, and coordinate effective execution across project team members.

• Provide timely status reporting, escalate unresolved issues, and manage communications across all levels of the organization.

• Ensure compliance with established project governance, SOPs, and delivery methodologies.

• Perform post-implementation reviews, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in the telecom or related IT sector.

• Strong background in managing hybrid delivery models (Agile/Waterfall/Iterative).

• Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Monday.com, or equivalent.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), UAT, production deployment, and support transitions.

Desirable:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

• Experience working in regulated environments with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Role Purpose: As a key member of the Zone CorporateFP&A team, you will drive the financial performance oversight for theSAPMENA region. You will provide detailed analysis to the Zone CFO and act as apivotal link between Country Corporate Controllers, Finance Division heads andcountry CFOs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning &Zone Analysis

• SAPMENA Business Sharing: Coordinate and consolidate financial data to facilitate business sharing sessions, ensuring transparency and alignment across the zone.
• Finance ManCom Analysis: Prepare and present strategic financial deep-dives for the SAPMENA Finance Management Committee to support decision-making.
• P&L Analysis & Oversight: Take full ownership of the Zone P&L, monitoring performance against targets, identifying variances, and proposing corrective actions.
• Valorization & Gross Margin: Analyze the drivers of Gross Margin and valorization (price/mix/volume effects) to protect and improve profitability across the region.
• Suivi de Gestion: provide deep-dive insights/analysis and high-quality presentation deck during Suivi de gestion
• Flash Reporting: Lead the "2nd Flash" process for the SAPMENA ManCom, providing rapid, accurate, and actionable updates on month-end performance.

• CA-REX Management: Oversight Net Sales and Profit to ensure investments are aligned with the zone’s strategic priorities.
• Multi-Divisional Prospective: Drive the yearly prospective process across all divisions, providing a forward-looking view of the zone’s financial trajectory.

3. Financial"Animation" & Stakeholder Engagement

• Community Management: Animate the network of Country Corporate Controllers across the zone to ensure best practice sharing and consistency in reporting standards.
