• Attend site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure systems perform according to project requirements
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical and coordination issues with subcontractors and project teams
• Analyze, monitor, and track project costs against approved budgets
• Assist in the preparation of progress claims, variation orders, project reports, as-built drawings, and handover documentation
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and safe work practices on site
• Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and workers to ensure project and safety requirements are met
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ACMV projects within the construction industry
• Experience in ACMV design and build project execution and site coordination
• Knowledge in ACMV calculations including heat load, pump sizing, airflow rate, chilled water systems, chiller sizing and configuration, and fan sizing
• Familiar with testing and commissioning activities for ACMV systems
• Good project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced construction environment
