The Role:
Based in our office in Singapore with regular travel in APAC region to grow new business opportunities especially in the renewable energy and oil & gas industries. This role will also focus on supporting and managing French-speaking clients within the APAC region.
Job Scope:
* Conduct a detailed industry and market research for identifying and developing new clients’ account through cold calling
* Meeting and exceeding targets in assigned territories
* Qualifying leads generated from advertisements and other promotional activities
* Attend meeting with customers on their needs and requirements
* Prepare quotations, follow up and closing of sales
* Visit prospective and new clients to offer company’s full range of services
* Manage and support French speaking clients across the APAC region
* Report on a regular basis to your superior on market/customer/sale movements
* Prepare both technical and commercial proposal for tender.
* Follow up for sign Commercial tenders and proposals
* Following up with client on overdue accounts or disputes.
* Maintaining fruitful relationship with existing customers.
* Any other duties/assignments from time to time by the immediate superior/or the management
Requirements:
* Minimum Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
* Good command in English and fluent in French (spoken and written)
* Ability to support and communicate effectively with French speaking clients in the APAC region
* An understanding in oil & gas, recruitment or engineering industry
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
* Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
* Must be able to work independently and a self-starter
* Must be result-oriented with good customer service focus and highly self-motivated with good initiative
