We are looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate to support our factory’s digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on data analysis, dashboard development, and digital process improvement within manufacturing operations. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project leads to develop digital tools, automate reporting, and improve operational visibility. This position offers structured learning exposure in manufacturing analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Support development of dashboards and automated reports for production KPIs (UPH, OEE, Yield, Downtime).
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating production data from multiple systems.
• Support automation of manual reporting processes using Excel, Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Assist in system testing, documentation, and user training materials for digital tools.
• Support project tracking activities (update status, follow up on action items).
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand manufacturing requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methods.

About the role:
This position reports within the COO Team, specifically under Policies, Procedures and Change Management, as well as Risk Management. Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the revamp of key operating documents (incl. forms) into the new templates, ensuring alignment with updated standards.
• Developing front‑office training materials to facilitate adoption of updated processes and documentation.
• Supporting in administrative/non-content related tasks for strategic initiatives.
• Providing administrative and coordination support for periodic change communications.

Key skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Powerpoint, Excel Applications
• Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint) for uploading, maintaining, and version‑controlling documents. Ability to work with structured templates and apply formatting rules consistently.
• Basic project coordination skills, such as tracking tasks, timelines, and follow‑ups.
• Understanding of change management concepts (e.g., communications, stakeholder impact, training support)
• Content transition and migration skills, such as adapting legacy forms and materials into redesigned structures.
• Ability to create training collateral (slides, guides, quick reference materials)

About the division:
Group Audit (GA) is the bank's 'Third Line of Defense' acting as an independent and forward-looking challenger and adviser to Senior Management. We are also strongly relied upon by local regulators. We closely partner and collaborate with all Group business and infrastructure areas. This includes the Investment Bank, Corporate Bank and International Private Bank businesses, and Technology, Anti-Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk, Finance and Operations infrastructure functions.

About the role:
The division is keen to push ahead with their transformation initiatives tapping onto AI as the key facilitator in order to increase efficiency and productivity and this role will work very closely with the Business Manager in Group Audit to deliver that.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building reliable data extraction/ transformation skills
• Delivering first automation to reduce manual workload in testing or analytics
• Enhancing Dashboards, and apply use cases of AI in Audit, Ensure AI analytics are reliable, explainable, and repeatable
• Understanding controls around data, models, and outputs used in audit
• Hardening the solution(s): reliability, versioning, deployment path & demonstrating measurable outcome
• Transferring knowledge to the wider audit team and handing over sustainably

Key skills required:

• Technically savvy and require strong Excel skills
• Understanding of audit life cycle and three lines of defence model
• Good Communication skills including structured documentation
• Analytical thinking and able to think out of the box
• Strong growth mindset and follow through reliability
• Fresh graduates who have graduated in 2024/2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.

Salary: $3300 per month
Duration: 11 months (Subject for extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Support system onboarding activities, including grant call setup and configuration
• Coordinate and assist with engagement sessions, briefings, and training workshops
• Prepare training materials, user guides, FAQs, and presentation slides
• Provide daily operational support, including handling user queries and monitoring support inbox
• Perform basic system administration tasks
• Support data migration activities (data preparation, verification, validation)
• Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational duties
