Responsibilities:

• Lead website and CRM transformation projects, establishing governance frameworks, project charters, scope, and work breakdown structures aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, UX designers, business analysts, and vendors while coordinating with stakeholders and procurement teams.
• Oversee CRM migration from legacy systems to AI-powered SaaS platforms, ensuring data integrity, system integration, and minimal operational disruption.
• Manage website development initiatives, transforming legacy platforms into modern internet-facing applications while ensuring compliance with security and data governance standards.
• Drive risk management, quality assurance, and project delivery, including establishing acceptance criteria and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication, facilitating meetings, workshops, and project reporting.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor performance across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead change management and training initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption and transition to business-as-usual operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering complex technology transformation projects
• Experience managing CRM implementations and migrations, preferably within government or public sector environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
• Experience delivering website development and internet-facing applications
• Proven ability in vendor management, procurement processes, and stakeholder engagement
• Exposure to AI implementation, proof-of-concept initiatives, and technology transformation projects
• Understanding of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred)

Key Competencies:

• Experience with Singapore Government Tech Stack or Whole-of-Government initiatives
• Background in public sector, education sector, or digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of AI/ML implementations, knowledge management systems, and cloud/SaaS migrations
