Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and independent HR & Admin Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions and office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up in a fast-growing environment and is comfortable working closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline across functions (technology, sales, operations, healthcare)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure timely hiring
- Strengthen employer branding through LinkedIn and job platforms
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation (employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with PDPA requirements
- Administer leave, attendance, and overtime in accordance with MOM regulations
3. Payroll, Compliance & Work Pass
- Process monthly payroll including CPF, claims, and statutory deductions
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S Pass, etc.)
- Monitor regulatory updates and support management on HR compliance matters
4. People & Culture
- Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Act as a key HR contact point to ensure a positive employee experience
5. Office Administration
- Oversee office operations, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Manage meeting arrangements and general office logistics
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
- Provide administrative support to senior management when required
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant HR & Admin experience
- Experience in payroll, CPF, and work pass management preferred
- Familiar with Singapore employment regulations (MOM, Employment Act)
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
