Job Requirements

• Minimum BCA-recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management/Architecture/Building or equivalent.

• Possess relevant construction safety certificates (CSCPM, BCSS, etc).

• Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual.

• Resourceful problem solver.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Able to lead the project team.

• Well-versed in AutoCAD.

• Able to communicate well in English.

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business relationships.

• Handle sales inquiries, provide professional solutions, and manage project requests.
• Conduct sales presentations, on-site surveys, and prepare proposals, offers, and tenders.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and on-budget completion that meets client expectations.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognised institution by BCA (Building and Construction Authority).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing construction projects.
• Experienced in outdoor advertising, LED screens, digital signage, audio/video systems, or IT solutions is a plus.
