Our Client, a Prestigious Law Firm is seeking to recruit a Business development professional as part of their growing outfit.

Location: Central Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Drive the firm’s corporate initiatives and participating in implementing firm initiatives and corporate events
• Engagement with key stakeholders and to ensure good customer satisfaction
• Preparation of business proposals and pitches
• Involved in marketing initiatives and activities across regional offices 

Requirements:      

• Possess at least 3 to 5 years of related working experience in a Professional service or law firm
• Good written and communication skills
• Ability to handle tight deadlines
• Proactive personality and could integrate well as a good team player
• Good problem solving skills and is resourceful, keeping abreast of the latest insights within the legal market

Pay: Up to $6,000
Location: Queenstown
Work hours: Monday – Friday, office hours

 Job Scope

• Conduct information gathering for procurement of F&E and ensure procurement processes are in compliance with the policy.

• Facilitate sourcing projects for services and non-medical supplies categories.

• Prepare papers for management approval and establish contracts.

• Guide the evaluation of goods and services proposal from vendors, suppliers and contractor of services as procurement co-lead.

• Collaborate with MMD to add value through proper negotiation, product standardising or innovative ways of sourcing.

• Coordinate meetings, plan agenda, manage administrative functions and maintain accurate records.

• Provide administrative support to Operations Head as required.

 Requirements:

• Minimum degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.

• Prior procurement experience, preferably in large-scale capital procurement projects (advantage)

Job Responsibilities;

• Manage detailed project budgets, track expenditures, and perform variance analysis to prevent cost overruns.
• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet defined business objectives.
• Identify potential financial and operational bottlenecks and implement contingency plans.
• Managing project contracts, project lifecycle on budgetary control, ROI analysis, risk mitigation, generate KPIs and prepare reports to measure project success.
• Review internal workflows and facilitate communication between several departments to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• May perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements;

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management, specifically within a corporate finance or business operations environment.
• Strong leadership, team-building, mentoring skills and good communication skills to manage high-performing teams.
• Require to handle both English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and business development activities.
