What will you do?

As a Digital Business Analyst for Websites & CRM Systems, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that digital transformation initiatives deliver maximum value and meet user needs. Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Degree in a relevant IT field with 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing.
• Experience in at least one full software/product development cycle (Agile preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage users at all levels and facilitate discussions
• Proactive, motivated, and inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to code and iterate during planning sessions and conduct workshops.

Preferred Skills:

• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP).
• Past development or consulting experience.
• Experience in Agile, Knowledge Management, or Service Design.

Good-to-have Skills:

• Experience working with Agile tools such as Figma, Miro, or JIRA

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Call Center Solution, Property Management System (PMS), Online Booking Platform and CRM. 1. Systems Ownership & Support
