We seek a seasoned Techno Functional Consultant with 10+ years in AML, KYC, Fraud Prevention, and Actimize platform projects to lead business analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration for global financial crime compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and analysis for AML, KYC, Fraud Prevention, and Transaction Monitoring solutions to ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness
• Develop clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Use Case Specifications to guide solution development
• Perform gap analysis, process improvement evaluations, and impact assessments to support change request decisions and optimize workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to design and implement functional solutions on Actimize platforms (AIS, RCM, SAM, WLF, CDD) tailored to client needs
• Map client data to solution data models to maximize detection engine accuracy and performance
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases and managing defect resolution to ensure solution quality
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations to maintain project alignment and delivery timelines
• Provide solution consulting and manage platform upgrades for banking clients across APAC, EMEA, and US regions
• Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices in financial crime detection

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in AML, KYC, and Fraud Prevention domains with hands-on experience implementing Fircosoft solutions
• Proficient in documentation, stakeholder management, and functional design for complex financial crime compliance projects
• Skilled in Oracle SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Waterfall project methodologies
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultural teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications
