Responsibilities

• Perform and record internal and external quality controls and calibrations. Troubleshoot outliers in accordance to work instructions.

Reporting to Centre-IC, Medical Technologist (MT) is responsible for the daily operations and administration of laboratory to ensure compliance to regulations and accreditation standards. This includes daily routine laboratory work, performing phlebotomy, electrocardiogram and spirometry. MT is responsible to maintain professional care to patients and works closely with NUP and other stakeholders.

Job scope

• Perform patient registration, specimen reception, preparation and packing of specimens

We’re looking for someone with:

• A bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Silicon Photonics (SiPh) R&D, process integration, or related areas.

• A strong background in SiPh process development, photonic IC packaging, optical device design, or characterization.

• Familiarity with foundry environments, including integration or module-level responsibilities.

• Proficiency in DOE, FMEA, control planning, and data-driven problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on 2.5D/3D packaging platform technologies.
• Develop bump, underfill, molding and RDL processes.
• Collaborate with internal R&D and OSAT partners to driveHeterogeneous Integration.
• New advanced packaging process verification and qualification.
• Customer engagement and new product verification

Capability

• Knowledge of bumping, molding, dicing, bonding, RDL (RedistributionLayer), and interconnect technologies are plus.
• Experienced in 2.5D and 3DIC process development are plus.
• Skill on FMEA, control plan, DOE (design of experiment) and problemsolving.
• Good communication, self-motived and avid learner

Qualification

• Atleast bachelor degree in electronics/electrical/physics/Materials engineeringor other relevant fields.
