• Conduct post implementation reviews to gather user feedback and schedule for enhancements and modifications.

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or IT
• For Senior DBA - Candidate with 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in enterprise cloud and on-premise database and data platform implementation and administration.
• For DBA - Candidate with less than 2 years of relevant work experience in enterprise cloud and on-premise database and data platform implementation and administration.
• Well versed in both cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure) and on-premises enterprise database, database firewall, data platform technologies, configuration and administration.
• Proficient in database installation, upgrade, maintenance, performance tuning and troubleshooting of MS SQL Server and / or MYSQL.
• Experience in MS SQL Server is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows, database backup and recovery (Symantec NetBackup), cluster-failover technologies (Microsoft Cluster, SQL Server AlwaysOn).
• Experience in Database Firewall or SAP Basis administration will be advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full sets or partial accounts (AP, AR, GL) for F&B operations
• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors
• Prepare and issue invoices, monitor collections, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Assist in month-end closing, journal entries, and preparation of financial reports
• Reconcile daily sales reports (POS, cash, card, delivery platforms)
• Monitor and track food cost, expenses, and operational spending
• Support inventory reconciliation and stock take processes
• Liaise with outlets, suppliers, auditors, and external parties on finance matters
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls

Job Requirements
