About This Role

Key Responsibilities

Resolves unusually complex field process issues utilizing systematic troubleshooting methodology generally involving multiple processes.  Create a mechanism to communicate issues, track progress and pull resources from multiple business units and/or functions. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced Avaloq Certified Professional to join an established Avaloq delivery team with a strong focus on defect analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation in an existing Avaloq implementation.

The role requires a hands on Avaloq developer who can work independently, quickly understand existing customisations, and deliver high quality fixes across the Avaloq core platform while collaborating effectively with functional, testing, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical defects in an existing Avaloq landscape

• Perform root cause analysis across Avaloq Script, tasks, reports, interfaces, and database objects

• Implement and unit test fixes in line with Avaloq and project development standards

• Support defect resolution across multiple environments (DEV / SIT / UAT / PROD support as required)

• Work with business analysts and testers to clarify defect scope, reproduce issues, and validate fixes
