Position Overview:
Lead/Senior Engineering Information System (EIS) Application Engineer takes lead and conduct Engineering Information System (EIS) management. It includes EIS environment customization fit to Company/Project use, Administration of Users, EIS Troubleshooting to ensure Company/Project implement EIS smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate of the position will have a solid experience of Engineering Information System in Offshore or FPSO FEED/EPCI Projects , and especially Hands-on experience of AVEVA Engineering Management Platform (AVEVA Unified Engineering, AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA P&ID, AVEVA Electrical, AVEVA Instrumentation, AVEVA AIM, AVEVA E3D, AVEVA ERM etc).
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Corporate EIS Lead or Head of Discipline
- Develop Corporate Project or Technical Standards and Procedure for Engineering Information System (EIS)
- Customization of EIS to fit to Company/Project use
- EIS Environment Setup
- Administration of EIS users
- EIS Troubleshooting
- Management of EIS Database
- Reporting of EIS related status (Development, Customization, Troubleshooting etc)
- Other ad-hoc activities as per Corporate Management or Project Management instruction and assignment
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 - 15 years experience in the offshore or onshore oil and gas industry
- Minimum consecutive 5 - 7 years experience at top-tier FPSO contractor or Offshore/Onshore EPC contractor (minimum 5 years working experience in the same contractor)
- Minimum 1 - 2 FPSO FEED/EPCI Project experience as an EIS Application Engineer
- Versed with Platform (AVEVA Unified Engineering, AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA P&ID, AVEVA Electrical, AVEVA Instrumentation, AVEVA AIM, AVEVA E3D, AVEVA ERM etc)
- Strong commitment/ownership on his/her assignment
- Ability to work with and to communicate effectively with co-workers and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills
