The ideal candidate works closely with product managers and stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of new systems or processes, typically managing more complex projects and providing guidance to developers and other analysts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Business Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across different departments. 
• Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
