We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager to drive Day 0–1 product strategy and delivery for impactful public sector digital initiatives.

• Salary Package: Up to $11,000 (basic) + AWS

You will drive product discovery, roadmap & MVP delivery for government digital initiatives. Strong Agile, stakeholder managementt & public sector experiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery (Day 0) to define vision, problem statements, and value propositions
• Drive product setup and initial delivery (Day 1), including roadmap and MVP definition
• Engage stakeholders across government agencies to align on goals and priorities
• Translate policy and business needs into product requirements and user stories
• Manage product backlog and work closely with engineering, design, and vendors
• Champion Agile practices and iterative delivery
• Track product performance and continuously improve user experience

Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management
• Experience delivering at least 1 AI-related project, with practical use of GenAI or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and modern design patterns; able to evaluate solution options and architectural trade-offs.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern engineering practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, containers such as Docker/Kubernetes), including end-to-end delivery with post-release support ownership and risk mitigation.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy/compliance requirements in government contexts.
• Ability to drive product strategy from concept to implementation

Nice to Have

• Experience working with government projects
• Familiarity with policy-driven or citizen-facing products
• Background in UX, data analytics, or service design
