The Peer Cadet Program is an entry-level employment opportunity for people with personal lived and/or living experience (LLE) of mental health and/or addiction challenges or personal LLE of supporting a loved one through their journey of mental health or addiction challenges. It is designed for those currently undertaking (or intending to undertake) the Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work, and offers a paid cadetship across one of nine (Each included) participating Victorian non-government community mental health services. 

At Each, we offer placements in adult mental health, psychosocial support, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), youth mental health and family violence recovery. Cadets are expected to be well-progressed in their own recovery journeys, to ensure they can safely and effectively participate in team placements and contribute to the peer workforce. Please note this is not a counselling position.

H3 Zoom is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Project Delivery and Operations team. This role is suited for a technically grounded project leader with experience in civil/building works, façade or building inspections, and operational project delivery.

The Technical Project Manager will play a key role in the planning, coordination, execution, quality control, and successful delivery of inspection and asset-condition projects. The role requires close collaboration with the project delivery, field operations, AI, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required technical and regulatory standards.

This position is expected to be operationally involved, not just administratively managing timelines. The candidate should be comfortable working across site operations, technical review, project coordination, client discussions, subcontractor management, and reporting workflows from a civil engineering and project management perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Operations

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of façade, interior, and related inspection projects from mobilisation to final submission and close-out.

• Work closely with the Project Delivery and Operations teams to plan site activities, inspection schedules, manpower deployment, and execution timelines.

• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and resource utilisation to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
