Description of Division

You will be part of the Regional Team under the Service Management Division of KidSTART Singapore Limited (KSL). Key Responsibilities

1.       Service Management (KSL and Funded Partners)

a.       Assist and support the Regional Head to carry out regular contract management and programme monitoring of KSL teams, hospitals and KSAs to ensure compliance with Funding Agreement and drive achievement of programme deliverables.

b.       Assist the Regional Head to support the design, planning and implementation of operational initiatives.  This includes contributing to alignment with Service Standards Requirements and leveraging on dashboards and data analysis to monitor performance and inform decision making.

c.       Act as the primary liaison officer between KSL, hospitals and KSAs, leading efforts to review and strengthen collaboration. 

d.       Conduct data verification in accordance with funding agreement and service standards requirements.

e.       Monitor manpower recruitment and training of KSPs, hospitals and KSA staff to ensure capacity and capability in service delivery.

f.       Perform main liaison role between KSL, ComLink+ and KSAs to support the KidSTART-ComLink +integration.

g.       Supervise incident reporting, incident management, and investigation to ensure appropriate resolution.

h.       Provide support to KSAs in times of crisis to ensure continuity of service to KidSTART families.

1.      Operational Data Analysis

a.       Consolidate and analyse KPI and performance data across KSL and KSAs. This includes tracking trends, identifying performance gaps, and highlighting risks against service standards and programme requirements.

b.       Develop and coordinate action plans in response to KPI outcomes, audits or performance reviews through working closely with service delivery teams to track progress, follow up on deliverables, flag delays or emerging risks.

c.       Analyse service delivery data, including caseloads, workload distribution and service intensity to identify service gaps, operational bottlenecks and opportunities to improve processes, reporting and operational efficiency.

d.       Assess factors that affect service delivery and outcomes to better curate solutions to improve service delivery outcomes.

e.       Provide timely feedback to Service Management Teams, Ops Planning and Programme Development teams to support informed decision making.

f.       Work closely with other divisions to align data, insights and action plans.

Competencies

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm, Monday - Fridays. Standby and shift work may be required

Location: Central 

Your responsibilities include:

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and third-party services, including handling SFTP-based data exchanges

• Collaborating with stakeholders to validate business requirements

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components to meet complex business needs          

• Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with third-party systems components/services

• Adhering to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation

• Configure and customise Salesforce platform features, including objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and flows to support business processes

• Manage and maintain security and access controls, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules in line with governance policies

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks, including proper technical documentation and version control

• Participate in system testing, UAT support, deployment activities, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth delivery and system stability

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
• Minimum of 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be a bonus

• Knowledge of Salesforce development and customisation, including:

1. Apex development
2. Visualforce page development
3. Lightning components development
4. Experience in third-party API and SFTP integrations
5. Experience with data migration through other CRM tools, e.g., data loader, including experience with Curam DB2 (preferred)

• Configuration Experience, including:

1. Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup (managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data and support processes configuration)
2. Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and flows
3. Experience in report and dashboard configuration
4. Experience with OmniStudio and Omniscript will be a bonus

• Effective communication with customers/business stakeholders and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions

Key Responsibilities:
