Job Summary

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and payroll processing for a group of companies, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience.

What you will be doing

Recruitment & Selection

• Source, select, and place candidates to ensure job-fit across group companies
• Conduct preliminary shortlisting and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Lead interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Design and deliver orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively
• Regularly review and update orientation materials for relevance
• Perform reference checks as required
• Manage application, renewal, and cancellation of Work Passes

HR Operations (Shared Responsibility)

Payroll Processing

• Process payroll accurately and timely for approximately 200 employees using I-Supersuite and Excel
• Administer leave and claims modules to ensure proper employee entitlements
• Prepare and submit CPF contributions, tax clearances, NS MUP, childcare, maternity leave claims, and annual income tax filings in compliance with regulations
• Apply for government funding and absentee payroll schemes to optimize resources
• Prepare and submit statistical reports for management and government bodies
• Assist in external audits related to payroll and HR compliance
• Perform other ad hoc payroll duties as required

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Human Resource
• Proficiency in Singapore Labour Law
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work effectively
