ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Playing a role in the financial activities of the Company and/or its subsidiaries which includes:

·       Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

·       Assisting in preparation of monthly financial reports.

·       Assisting in cash flow management, including preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.

·       Assisting in quarterly GST submission.

·       Preparing and maintaining audit and tax schedules and supporting documents.

·       Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

·       Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

·       Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.

·       Proficient in MS Office applications.

Job Summary

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and payroll processing for a group of companies, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience.

What you will be doing

Recruitment & Selection

• Source, select, and place candidates to ensure job-fit across group companies
• Conduct preliminary shortlisting and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Lead interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Design and deliver orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively
• Regularly review and update orientation materials for relevance
• Perform reference checks as required
• Manage application, renewal, and cancellation of Work Passes
• Execute onboarding processes to create a positive new hire experience

HR Operations (Shared Responsibility)

• Establish and maintain HR shared folders and databases for efficient record-keeping
• Generate and analyze HR reports to support management decisions and policy development
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmations, promotions, increments, transfers, and related correspondence
• Coordinate and conduct exit interviews to gather employee feedback
• Maintain records and reports of exit survey findings
• Apply for government grants to support HR initiatives
• Perform other ad hoc HR duties as needed

Payroll Processing

• Process payroll accurately and timely for approximately 200 employees using I-Supersuite and Excel
• Administer leave and claims modules to ensure proper employee entitlements
• Prepare and submit CPF contributions, tax clearances, NS MUP, childcare, maternity leave claims, and annual income tax filings in compliance with regulations
• Apply for government funding and absentee payroll schemes to optimize resources
• Prepare and submit statistical reports for management and government bodies
• Assist in external audits related to payroll and HR compliance
• Perform other ad hoc payroll duties as required

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Human Resource
• Proficiency in Singapore Labour Law
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work effectively
