Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior/Executive, Human Resources (Training & Recruitment) to support the organisation’s people development and talent acquisition efforts. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and coordination of training and development initiatives, ensuring employees are well-supported from onboarding through continuous learning.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organised, and passionate about building people capability while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer coordination.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and talent pools for future hiring needs.

2. Training & Development

• Coordinate and administer training programmes and matrix including onboarding, mandatory training, and developmental courses.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external trainers, and training providers to schedule and manage training activities.
• Track training attendance, completion, and training records.
• Support training grants administration (e.g., SSG, SkillsFuture, WSQ), where applicable.
• Prepare training evaluation reports and maintain learning documentation.
• Support the rollout of learning initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment and/or training coordination.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Strong coordination, organisational, and time management skills.

Digital Marketing Executive (SaaS)

Job responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels to drive free trial signups and paid subscriptions
• Continuously test and scale ad campaigns — running creative variations across audiences, formats, placements, and messaging to identify what works
• Conceptualise thumb-stopping static and video ad creatives, and produce clear briefs for designers and video editors to bring them to life
• Track, optimise and report on campaign performance to improve acquisition costs, trial-to-paid conversion rate, and ROAS, with a focus on sustainable growth
• Identify and build audience segments based on user personas, platform data, and market research to sharpen messaging and improve campaign performance
• Stay ahead of paid marketing trends and product developments, especially in the SaaS and fintech space

Job Scope:

Finance

Be responsible for the day-to-day transaction processing of the Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledger and Accounting to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the accounting records, including the following:

• Handling bank receipts and payments & petty cash payments.
• Handling Supplier invoice , delivery order
• Processing expense claims after review.
