Responsibilities:

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding business, you will be involved in full cycle of technical recruitment where you will be trained to source, qualify, manage, negotiate and close offers for mid to senior level professionals. On another end, you will also be exposed to conduct Business Development activities to partner with new clients and hire the best talent in the market. This opportunity will also allow you to gain commercial knowledge and apply it on a daily basis.

As you will be working with our clients in Hong Kong, ability to converse fluently in cantonese is absolutely necessary.

Requirement:

No prior experience in recruitment or technology is required for the role, we welcome graduates who are keen to kickstart their career in a Sales role, or experienced professionals who are keen for a career switch to a sales based environment where effort and results will be compensated for accordingly. New hire onboarding administration process

·        Manage all new hire onboarding activities such as profile creation & providing support to new joiners on 1st day enquires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

·        Processing of all staff movement activities such as transfer, secondment, conversion of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment.

·        Processing of new joiners onboarding administration task to facilitate onboarding experience.

·        Ensure timely update & communications to stakeholders for effective onboarding.

Post Employment Reference Check

·        Monitor and follow up on post-employment background reference check for closure with external vendor & internal stakeholders.

·        Ensure timely update to relevant parties for effective case closure.

·        Upkeep of documentation in Workday MyHR system upon background check clearance for employees.

Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers

·        Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers where required (e.g. preparation of documents for lodgement, etc).

Work Pass related

·        Administer foreign pass-related matters.

Daily Data Card Transmission & Staff Card Management

·        Manage the end-to-end process of daily card access transmission and staff card printing. This includes ensuring timely and accurate updates, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with relevant teams to maintain operational continuity.

General

·        Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in all HR systems.

·        Ensure timely storage of employee documents in Workday MyHR system.

·        Ensure high level of attention to detail and confidentiality during communication and data management.

·        Any other duties or projects assigned.

Job scope:
