· Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with business objectives.
· Oversee end-to-end recruitment and retention strategies for all levels of staff.
· Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Lead performance management processes, employee appraisals, and career development initiatives.
· Provide guidance on employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
· Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
· Manage HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making.
· Coach and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
· Support organizational development, change management, and employee engagement programs.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
· Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
· Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
