• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with ITIL-based processes; escalate to regional teams where required
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and user lifecycle changes (e.g. equipment setup, system access, account management)
• Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, known issues, and standard operating procedures
• Act as the primary IT point of contact for Singapore users, providing clear communication on issue status and resolution timelines
• Liaise with APAC IT teams to coordinate issue resolution, enhancements, and implementations
• Translate business needs and user feedback into clear requirements for regional teams
• Support implementation of regional IT policies, standards, and security controls at the local level
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in IT projects and digital transformation initiatives where required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of IT support, service desk, or IT operations experience.
• Solid skills in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, basic networking.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus; exposure to Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
• Experience in a corporate or professional services environment is desirable.
