• Manage accounts payable processes by verifying invoices, preparing payments, performing daily banking transactions, and reconciling accounts to ensure financial accuracy

The IT Operations & Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring day-to-day IT services are delivered smoothly for Singapore-based users, while acting as a key liaison between local stakeholders and regional APAC IT teams. This role combines hands‑on support, operational coordination, and stakeholder engagement and management.

This is an entry-to-intermediate role suited for candidates with foundational IT support experience who are looking to increase their exposure to enterprise IT operations within a multinational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1–2 IT support for end users (hardware, software, collaboration tools, and access issues)
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with ITIL-based processes; escalate to regional teams where required
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and user lifecycle changes (e.g. equipment setup, system access, account management)
• Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, known issues, and standard operating procedures
• Act as the primary IT point of contact for Singapore users, providing clear communication on issue status and resolution timelines
• Liaise with APAC IT teams to coordinate issue resolution, enhancements, and implementations
• Translate business needs and user feedback into clear requirements for regional teams
• Support implementation of regional IT policies, standards, and security controls at the local level
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in IT projects and digital transformation initiatives where required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of IT support, service desk, or IT operations experience.
• Solid skills in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, basic networking.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus; exposure to Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
• Experience in a corporate or professional services environment is desirable.
