• Monthly meetings to cover the following for CFO&EV (covers both Finance and Risk & Compliance):

a. Pipeline management – review pipeline opportunities in Salesforce, helping us to follow-up with the Account PMO team to ensure updates are effected in the system

b. Sales & Revenue tracking – review overall Sales & Revenue progress against budget

(2) Secretarial Support (Scheduling & OPE management)

• Manage MD calendars, and ensure both our Accenture/client account calendars are in sync.

• Arrange our F2F meetings as efficiently as possible

• Manage our timesheets & expenses

• Manage our visitor clearances like building & wifi access etc

(3) Events Management

• Regular team meetings - organize the logistics for our monthly team meetings (i.e. confirming location, arranging lunch/refreshments), working closely with the Managers who are helping us curate the content:

a. CFO&EV – monthly Finance + Risk & Compliance team meetings

b. DRC – monthly risk & compliance team meetings

Key Responsibilities

Role Summary

Experienced infrastructure engineers are responsible for managing enterprise middleware platforms and supporting cloud infrastructure for large-scale banking production environments. This role supports the implementation of an AML filtering system (Firco) for the Bangkok branch. The position operates at the Regional Head Office level, ensuring governance, coordinating requirements across branches, and supporting both UAT execution and business analysis activities.
