Job Scope

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Recommend, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and social media to reach target audiences effectively.
• Content Creation: Create compelling content, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and promotional materials.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• SEO & SEM: Assist in implementing SEO and paid advertising strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI.
• Brand Management: Support brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics for campaign performance and overall brand reach. Use insights to optimize future campaigns. Update daily Sales Tracker and Customer Database
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and coordinate partnership opportunities, influencer collaborations, and sponsorships to enhance brand exposure.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field
• 1–3 years experience (Fresh grads welcome)
• Creative, proactive, and able to multitask
• Experience in retail/beauty/wellness is a plus

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (Office Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments including makeup removal, cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, mask application, and basic skincare procedures.
• Ensure all treatments are carried out with proper technique, flow, rhythm, and hygiene standards.
• Provide professional skin analysis and skincare consultation to customers.
• Recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on customers’ needs.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and treatment experience.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.

Requirements

• Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in beauty, spa, or facial therapy.
• Possess relevant beauty therapy certification (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ Beauty Therapy or equivalent).
• Strong hands-on facial techniques and knowledge of skincare products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
• Responsible, positive attitude, and able to work in a team environment.

Working Hours

• Retail working hours with shift schedule (9:45am – 6:45pm/ 11:30am – 8:30pm)
• Weekend and public holiday work may be required. (44hour per week)

Remuneration

Basic salary with commission and performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and customer enquiries
• Handle front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and filing
• Process payments and update customer records in the system
• Coordinate with therapists and consultants to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide general information on treatments and services

Requirements

• Prior experience in beauty salon, spa, or aesthetic clinic environment preferred
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a professional and pleasant personality
• Basic administrative and computer skills
• Able to work retail hours and shift schedule
  

Working Hours

• 44 hours per week
• 6 off days per month

Shift schedule:

• 9:45 AM – 7:45 PM
• 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
