Job Requirement: 

• 5+ years in a senior technical role (e.g., Solution Architect, Security Researcher, Privacy Engineer, or Digital Forensic Lead). 
• Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities:
Policy formulation 

• Deep analysis of policy and regulatory issues in the telecom, media and post/parcel sectors in the short to medium term, with respect to market regulation and consumer matters.
• Obtain multiple perspectives from internal and external stakeholders in order to develop robust and sound policy recommendations.  

Policy implementation 

• Ensure strong policy implementation of frameworks and regulations for market and consumer policy matters.
• Enforcement of frameworks and action.
• Assessment of potential breaches of the Telecommunications and Media Competition Code. 

Problem-solving and stakeholder management 

• Manage and problem-solving.
• Managing stakeholders from various quarters with the public and private sectors.  

Job Requirement:

• Background in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the telecommunications, media and postal sectors. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of accounting and tax executives.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and tax operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency and on-time filings.
• Review full sets of accounts and GST reports prepared by the team.
• Review unaudited financial statements and tax computations.
• Ensure all client deliverables and statutory deadlines are met.
• Prepare resolutions, AGM documents and changes in company officers/shareholding.
• Maintain and update statutory records in line with legal requirements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Handle queries promptly and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Support sales team in documentation, onboarding, grants, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing quotations, billings and communicating deliverables to clients.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in accounting, tax or corporate secretarial work.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST and corporate tax.
