We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Administration Executive to support the company's daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for office administration, inventory control, HR and payroll administration, logistics coordination, customs permit declarations, accounts administration, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Operations

• Perform daily booking and data entry activities.
• Process backlog bookings and maintain accurate operational records.
• Handle general office administration and documentation.

We are looking for like-minded, hospitable individuals to join our team at Caffe Fernet as Hospitality Associate, supporting both day-to-day service and our growing events business.

Job Description

Service &Operations

• Deliver genuine, thoughtful service from the heart, creating memorable guest experiences
• Set up and maintain a clean, organised, and polished venue environment
• Attend to guests and carry out all Front of House duties, including order taking and table service, in accordance with SOPs
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge of menu offerings, and confidently make recommendations
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Events Coordination& Support

• Respond to event enquiries in a timely and professional manner (corporate and private events)
• Support the planning and coordination of events, including liaising with guests on requirements, menus, and event details
• Assist in preparing event proposals, confirmations, and function sheets
• Coordinate and communicate efficiently with internal teams (kitchen, bar, FOH) to ensure seamless event execution
• Oversee on-the-day event setup, service flow, and guest experience
• Ensure all event details are executed to standard, while being adaptable to last-minute changes
• Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an F&B environment, preferably in a restaurant or cocktail bar setting
• Prior experience in events coordination or handling group bookings will be an advantage
• Passion for hospitality and delivering high standards of service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and vibrant environment
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in delivering high-quality hospitality management consulting services to hotel clients.
• Conduct on-site or remote hotel operational audits covering front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest service standards.
• Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service improvement plans for clients.
• Prepare consulting reports, presentations, and data analysis for client projects.
• Perform market research on Singapore’s hospitality industry, including competitor analysis, room rate benchmarking, and customer satisfaction trends.
• Assist in client meetings, document key discussion points, and follow up on action items.
• Help coordinate hotel pre-opening projects, including staffing plans, training materials, and operational checklists.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support the Director in preparing business proposals and pitch decks for new client acquisition.

Requirements &Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel operations (e.g., front office, housekeeping, F&B, or revenue management) or in a hospitality consulting role.
• Strong understanding of hotel key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy rate.
• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Ability to work independently and under the Director’s guidance.
• Prior experience in Singapore’s hotel industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

Automation & Scale

Underwriting Excellence
