Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive floor service to ensure a welcoming dining experience for solo diners, families, and groups
• Perform kitchen and food preparation tasks to maintain high-quality Japanese yakiniku dishes
• Coordinate team activities and support staff to promote smooth restaurant operations
• Collaborate effectively with other group restaurants including izakaya, sushi, and bar outlets to align operations and share resources
• Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance restaurant efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Adapt flexibly to diverse customer needs and operational situations to maintain service excellence

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience working in a yakiniku restaurant
• Experience cooking in a Japanese restaurant
