Role Requirement

• Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (e.g., RISE with SAP)

JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns within Corporate & Investment Bank. The individual will develop marketing strategies to support the Strategic Advisory Group and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business and market dynamics, as well a client needs and insights. The individual will need to align and collaborate with global, product and geographic plans across our network order to drive the most effective outcomes. With deep experience and understanding of B2B marketing, we are looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong organisational and project management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Support the delivery of integrated marketing strategies and campaign to support the Corporate Investment Bank Marketing working in partnership with countries, clusters and product marketing
• Working closely with business leads to ensure marketing plans are supporting commercial opportunities and effectively position the Bank, our products and capabilities to the clients we serve, and the clients we aspire to bank
• Identifies through data and analytics changes to campaign strategies based on campaign insights and measurement of campaign effectiveness
• Responsible for tracking marketing budget/spend related to coverage sector marketing activities, establishing metrics to evaluate ROI against CIB Business and Marketing scorecards

Business

• Work with the Strategic Advisory Group Heads globally to deliver integrated marketing campaigns focused on the key priorities of each vertical aligned to CIB Strategy and plans
• Build relationships and networks across the business and liaise with key business stakeholders on a regular basis to understand their specific needs, the clients they serve, and the opportunities that exist
• Develop marketing strategies that puts client data, analytics and insights at the centre, with clear articulation of how marketing is supporting specific business outcomes.
• Share regular updates with senior business stakeholders on marketing campaigns and performance 
• Drive continuous improvement in marketing campaigns - led by creative, innovative ideas and a desire to think outside the box. 

Processes

• Liaise with procurement, legal and compliance to ensure contracts, and content processes are aligned with corporate policies and compliance
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend ways to increase functional effectiveness and improve operational efficiencies 

People & Talent 

• Drive impactful engagement between Corporate Affairs, Brand& Marketing teams  
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and innovation within the team and across the organisation 

Risk Management 

• Ensure adherence to the Risk Management Framework, Group Code of Conduct and various Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines of the Bank  
• Ensure compliance with Third Party Risk Management, and Vendor Engagement and Sponsorship policies  
• Ensure integrated marketing strategy complies with regional/local legal and regulatory requirements  
• Work closely with the Media, Reputation & Issues team to mitigate any reputational risks possible from digital marketing campaigns, and community initiatives.  

Governance 

• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the firm operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role 
• Ensure adherence to the Operational Risk Framework, Group Code of Conduct and various Policies, Procedures and Guidelines of the Bank by the regional Brand & Marketing teams 
• Maintain high awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the business operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role  
• Completion of all mandatory training needed including e-learning within stated timeframes to support the understanding of the roles for delivering effective governance 

QUALIFICATIONS

• With at least 6 to 8 years of related experience in Integrated Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and implement strategic business development plans and campaign to achieve sales targets and grow the CCTV customer base.
• Cultivate, manage, and build strong relationships with clients including SMEs, enterprises, SIs (System Integrators) to drive sales of  CCTV products and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new opportunities through market research, networking, and secure new partnerships to expand the distribution network of CCTV sector.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new product and potential gaps and refine business strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to align efforts and deliver value to prospective clients.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Sales experience in IT industry preferably in networking products will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, and achieving measurable sales results.
• Possess an existing database of relevant end customers or decision-makers (priority in CCTV or security industry).
• Strong understanding of CCTV systems, surveillance technologies, security systems, and solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and good coordination skills.
