The Senior Manager, SSC Service Delivery – PTP is accountable for the end‑to‑end governance, control, and service delivery of Purchase‑to‑Pay including Travel & Expense operations across the Group. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vendor invoices, payments, while driving standardization, control discipline, and continuous improvement across outsourced and in-house PTP teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. PTP Service Delivery & Operations

• Provide end‑to‑end oversight of the PTP process, including invoice processing, credit notes, vendor master data, payment runs, and exception management

Responsibilities

• Manage Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve key performance targets and sales goals
• Communicate company goals and business strategies proactively to align team efforts and formulate strategic plans
• Follow up on critical updates, clarify team needs, and provide necessary support
• Monitor RM performance against targets and implement corrective actions for underperformance
• Coach RMs by delivering constructive feedback, guidance, and ongoing support to enhance skills and results
• Develop and communicate clear career progression plans to RMs, fostering talent growth within the Bank
• Implement measures to build and maintain a strong RM talent pipeline internally
• Foster teamwork within the team and across cross-functional groups, resolving conflicts promptly and fairly

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Sales - Global Trade Solutions. 

In this role you will: 

• Manage a portfolio of Global Trade Solutions (GTS) clients in the Global Network Banking segment having headquarters in China to provide GTS solutions that meet the client’s trade and working capital needs in Singapore
• Establish new client relationships and strengthen existing ones by originating and executing sales strategy in conjunction with regional and country stakeholders
• Execute a robust growth plan to target new customers (New to Bank and New to Trade) for the GTS business including all facets of originating and executing GTS deals to drawdown and revenue growth
• Proactively identify core & structured trade finance opportunities and lead RFPs and client pitches and recommending innovative trade finance solutions that meet client objectives
• Devise client plans and strategies to identify sales opportunities in Singapore as well as increasing revenue for existing ones to achieve asset growth, sales or revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship managers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank
• Work with Client Implementation Services in a timely fashion to ensure an efficient transition process for complex clients
• Develop and drive changes and improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise and understanding of HSBC and market best practice
• Participating in events, initiatives, and activities to develop business opportunities
• Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews

To be successful you will need: 

• University degree holder (Finance, Business or related discipline) with strong experience in trade finance industry in front line roles
• Good client network and track record of leading trade finance transactions
• Extensive knowledge of global trade solutions, services, products and techniques
• ​Strong financial and analytical skills with good problem analysis (identifying problems, recognising important information, establishing connections and providing solutions)
• Ability to interact with business customers at all levels
• A collaborative team player, who can work on a self-directed basis, and balance multiple diverse priorities and stakeholders
• Strong independent contributor, who is comfortable working on multiple assignments, where the teams will often be distributed across the globe and culturally diverse
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders

Job Summary:

A client-focused role supporting high-net-worth insurance applications through precise case management, regulatory compliance, and close collaboration with sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage new business insurance applications in accordance with HNW underwriting standards, internal SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, validate, and support high-value sales illustrations requested by sales consultants and business partners.
• Work closely with sales consultants to facilitate smooth preparation and end-to-end processing of HNW insurance applications.
