Responsibilities

1.   Product Strategy and Roadmap

• Assist to prepare and participate in the yearly discussion of the following year’s product strategy and roadmap, taking into account company's overall strategy for the year.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support both pre-contract (tendering) and cost estimation activities. This role involves conducting site surveys, preparing quantity take-offs, supporting technical and commercial proposal preparation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate tender submissions and cost estimates.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Manager and project team to ensure competitive pricing, well-prepared tender documentation, and smooth coordination during the tendering and project planning stages.

Key Responsibilities

Tender & Proposal Preparation

• Conduct site surveys and field measurements
• Prepare quantity take-offs and develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial tender documents
• Review tender specifications, drawings, and contract requirements
• Prepare basic layouts and drawing mark-ups for tender submissions

Cost Estimation & Planning

• Prepare cost estimates for materials, manpower, and equipment
• Support pricing calculations and costing analysis for tender submissions
• Develop resource histograms for manpower and equipment planning
• Assist in preparing preliminary project schedules
• Support preparation of method statements and technical proposal documentation

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering, procurement, and project teams
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations when required
• Maintain proper documentation and records for tenders and project proposals
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Experience

• Experience in pharmaceutical, process plant, or industrial projects
• Exposure to EPC / EPCM project environments
• Understanding of construction sequencing and site installation practices
• Familiarity with piping systems, mechanical works, or process engineering

The Finance Operations Executive ensures that all post-course activities are completed in line with internal and external compliance requirements. This role focuses on reviewing training records, validating documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting for each course run. Working closely with both training operations and finance teams, the role requires strong attention to detail, good coordination abilities, and a commitment to maintaining process integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate post-course documents such as attendance records, assessments, feedback forms, and trainer reports.
• Ensure all documentation meets internal compliance standards before submission to the Finance team for invoicing and payment processing.
• Coordinate with the Training Support and Operations teams to address missing or incomplete information.
• Maintain and update internal trackers and compliance checklists for all training runs.
• Assist in preparing compliance summaries and reports for management review.
• Support the preparation of audit-ready documentation for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely issuance of tax invoices and accurate payment records.
• Contribute to the continuous refinement of post-course validation processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
