JOB SUMMARY

The Small Business Clients segment in SME Banking within Standard Chartered Bank aims to provide companies with turnover of up to US$25 mil in Singapore a suite of product that meets their financing requirements.

As a Business Development Manager, in addition to providing team support to your counterparts, you will be expected to actively acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) relationships and cross-sell the entire suite of SME Banking products to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets as stipulated in the “Quarterly Scorecard” as well as ensure that the NTBs acquired by yourself consistently comment on how amazing your service is.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To achieve quarterly New Sales Revenue (NSR) targets through New-to-Bank client acquisitions, and active cross-selling of SME Banking products and Wealth Solutions

The Hive Lead is accountable for shaping and driving the strategic direction of a Hive, ensuring multiple squads and journeys deliver cohesive outcomes that align with both Group and Domain priorities. They hold delegated authority to align backlogs, resolve cross-squad dependencies, and steer delivery governance to maximize value at scale. The primary purpose of this position is to shape, build, Scale a digital first Wealth Lending proposition across Private Banking and Retail Banking.

• The role drives the transformation of wealth lending products and journeys to enable real time credit decisions, optimal collateral utilisation, responsible leverage adoption, and scalable operations, while ensuring strong credit, risk and regulatory controls.

• The Hive Lead owns the end to end product vision, delivery and outcomes for Wealth Lending digital capabilities across client facing and internal channels, working in close partnership with Credit, Risk, Technology, Operations and Front Office.

The Bank is aiming to build & grow wealth product capability through digital and self-direct channels. This Product Owner (PO) role is to drive the agile technology projects to establish a robust price discovery and execution platform. It is also required to build system interface with upstream systems (e.g. client information check) and downstream systems (e.g. booking trades into core banking platforms) to streamline operation flow and improve users (including clients) experience and frontline productivity.

As Hive Lead, you will develop and maintain a vision for agile technology projects and be responsible for communicating the vision to the scrum team. Be responsible for agile technology projects and features from concept to final implementation. In particular,

JOB SUMMARY

JOB SUMMARY

The PRB Specialist, Cash Compensation supports the design, governance and execution of cash compensation programmes across the Bank. The role ensures that Fixed and Variable Pay arrangements are competitive, compliant with UK and global regulatory requirements, and aligned with the Bank’s strategy and reward philosophy.

Business Partnership

• Provide direct support to the RMs for the assigned client portfolio as follows:

Job Summary

The Payment and Treasury Solutions team (PTS) is accountable for designing, structuring and delivering non-vanilla and bespoke cash management and Treasury solutions to our client base using a range of products within SCB and from external partners, as appropriate.

PTS is a core part of the product management team that is accountable for ensuring that the solutions developed are in compliant with the Bank’s policies and procedures, regulatory framework as well as ensuring that the products and process are in line with market needs and overall strategic product directions.

This team engages/consults with clients on their bespoke or complex needs and provides solutions which are customised. This team also leads best practice sharing sessions with clients and prospects on areas like Treasury centre setups, In-house bank structures etc.

The Client Manager is the pivotal relationship in the Client Delivery team responsible for delivering exceptional

The purpose of the role is to

• Maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Priority Clients segment

Implementation and oversight of the below individual responsibilities:

• To conduct a professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling session with customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.

• To foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.

• In consultation with the PB team manager/ branch manager/ PTL, draw up monthly plans for achieving/exceeding sales targets to meet new business and customer acquisition goals

• To participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.

• To source and call on individual prospects

• To provide quality, efficient after-sales services

• To manage anti-attrition and retention of clients

• To organise and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organisations.

• To solicit referrals from other parts of SCB eg. RMs from C&I, staff, etc.

• 2+ years of Client Acquisition Experience

• Degree holder

Role Specific Technical Competencies

• Account Management (of HNW Individuals) Experience

• Experience in Managing Greater China markets

• Good understanding and command of Mandarin as the incumbent will be supporting Greater China markets

• Technical knowledge and expertise in consumer banking products (i.e. Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance, etc.)
