• Working experience in multiple areas like OS, databases, applications, networking devices, storage devices, firewalls, IDS/IPS, orchestration and virtualization technologies, etc
• Must possess IT trouble shooting skills and experience with Operating Systems (RH Linux, Centos, Ubuntu, Windows Servers)
• Basic Cloud Virtualisation technology knowledge like AWS, VMWare, and Microsoft Hyper-V, Azure, Openstack, etc
• Basic understanding of cloud / enterprise networking and security best practices
• Knowledge of OS/Application security hardening
• Excellent networking concept and Switch & routing knowledge
• Possess a strong sense of urgency
• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Customer focus, continuous learning, decision making and gaining commitment
