• Bachelor's degree in IT (CS/IS/Engineering) with at least 5 years of IT professional experience.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal oral and written communication.
• Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Shows initiative, reliable, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Strong work ethics.
• A good team player.

• Lead and manage the tenders team in preparing and submitting tenders for Civil, Infrastructure and LTA/Governmental projects.
• Oversee pricing, risk assessment, and tender strategies to ensure accurate, competitive, and compliant submissions.
• Develop and mentor Junior, Executive, and Senior QS team members to strengthen team capability and performance.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to address tender clarifications and technical queries.
• Monitor the tender pipeline, track forecasts, and report on tender performance and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant Civil, Engineering or QS discipline
• Experience in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost calculations, and relevant construction software.
