Drive the administrative efficiency of the service department by coordinating engineering service operations, managing workflows, and ensuring accurate administrative data control. This role bridges the gap between field engineers, sales, and corporate teams, ensuring all service contracts, work orders, and technical documentation are strictly processed through SAP and ServiceMax according to company compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Service Workflow Coordination: Manage and track the end-to-end lifecycle of engineering service contracts, project milestones, and ad-hoc maintenance jobs.
