Working Hour
·      Mondays to Wednesdays only: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of teaching and learning resources to support classroom instruction.
Support the preparation of materials for science experiments, and ensure the science laboratory is kept clean, organised, and safe.
Assist students in conducting science experiments under the supervision of Science teachers.
Provide administrative support to teachers, including the preparation of students’ achievement certificates and collation of survey responses.
Manage the loan and return of teaching resources, and prepare documentation for the disposal or condemnation of resources when required.
Provide front-desk customer service, including handling walk-in and telephone enquiries from parents as needed.
Assist with school printing and reproduction duties as required.
Qualifications, skills, and experience

• At least GCE N-Level
• At least two (2) years of experience in providing teaching support;
• At least two (2) years of experience in reception duties or equivalent administrative roles.
• Candidates with prior experience working in a local school environment will be preferred.

1.School Term

• Required to work during School Semester 1 and 2

• Mondays to Fridays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

2.School Vacation

• Required to work during between March, September and December school holiday

• Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

3.Qualifications, Skills & Experience

1. The Personnel must at least have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• GCE O Level

• Able to converse and write in English

• Able to use simple Microsoft applications

• Comfortable with visitors and pupils

• Recording and provision of simple first aid

2. The Personnel must have at least 5 year of experience in administration

4.Roles & Responsibilities

·        Concierge services –attend to phone calls and walk-in customers (pupils, parents, public,stakeholders)

·        Using messaging apps to communicate events and send remindersto parents

·        Check generic emaileveryday and forward them to relevant officers within a certain timeframe

·        Incoming Mail Correspondence: Record anddistribute incoming correspondence upon receipt.

·        Articles - StocktakeMonitoring: Record and track all articles accurately, thensubmit to AM for end-of-term verification.

·        Calling and confirming the attendance of parentvolunteers to help in school events and activities

·        General administrativeduties including typing, filing, preparation of documents

·        Printing of monthly CCA Instructors/Contract Staff attendance records

·        Save transport approval(formSG) to shared folder.

·        Ad Hoc Bus BookingCoordinator transport for Students External Activities including Monthlyverification of Ad Hoc School Bus payment

·        Filing of documents suchas Bus Booking form

·        Recordingstudent injuries that occur during school hours through the Unwell/InjuredStudent management system and Rendering of First Aid to pupils e.g. issuing ofpupils with plasters

·        Assist in packing learningresources i.e. booklet

·        Other administrativeduties as assigned by supervisor
