Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost build-ups for demolition, earthworks, and reinstatement tenders, working directly from structural and architectural drawings.
• Prepare and submit competitive, accurate tender pricing using the company's internal rate base.
• Identify variation opportunities, scope gaps, and commercial risks during tender review and throughout project delivery.

Job Description:

• Manage and coordinate all permitting and authority submissions for semiconductor and industrial projects
• Drive permitting and authority approvals to support timely TOP / CSC and uninterrupted project execution
• Act as the main point of contact between Client, Qualified Person (QP), consultants, contractors, and authorities
