Job Summary:
The Property Management Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of office facilities. Your role spans three core areas:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in sanitary and plumbing works, including the ability to interpret and work with technical drawings.

Key Responsibility

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for sanitary and plumbing systems

• Prepare and evaluate progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accountsr and control project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets
• Assess cost implications of design changes and drawing revisions
• Verify site works against drawings for payment certification and progress tracking
• Assist in procurement of plumbing materials and ensure compliance with specifications
• Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, contracts, claims, and cost reports

Requirements

• Minimum a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field
• Experience in sanitary and plumbing / MEP works
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and take off quantities from technical drawings
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drawing software is an advantage
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
• Familiar with Singapore authority requirements and submission process
• Proficient in cost estimation tools (e.g., Excel)
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
