• Report and assist Project Director (PD) or Project Manager on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.
• Responsible for construction planning, scheduling and tracking of projects, as well as co-ordination with consultants, contractor & supplier.
• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of a program, project or function, including developing short and long-range goals or objectives, coordinating activities with other Contractors.
• Supervise and monitoring the site labor force and monitor the work of Contractors including resolve any unexpected construction difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Monitor drawings and quantities to ensure that the details and information are accurate for the implementation including material wastages;

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• At least 10 years experience in related field
• LTA CE projects experience are preferred

The requirement for the Quantity Surveyor (QS)

1. The degree of the civil engineering or the related major

2. 5 years working experience as the QS in the construction industry

3. Responsible for the estimation of the BOQ including details regarding quantities of the required materials based on DWG, and the estimation of the quotation for tender projects.

4. Responsible for the negotiation with the main contractor and follow-up of the progress of payment and claiming VO.
