Job Description:

• Coordinate the design documentation process to ensure drawings and specifications are prepared, reviewed, and submitted in accordance with project schedules.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to gather information, clarify design intent, and resolve technical discrepancies.
• Track design submissions, approvals, and revisions using registers and logs, ensuring version control and document traceability.
• Compile and organize drawings, specifications, and related documents for authority submission, tender, construction, and as-built purposes.
• Review drawings for completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements, flagging issues for the Design Manager’s attention.
• Coordinate responses to RFIs, design clarifications, and site queries to ensure timely resolution of technical matters during construction.
• Facilitate and document design coordination meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all design materials in both electronic and hardcopy formats for easy access and reference.
• Follow up with external parties (e.g. consultants, authorities) on pending design issues, submissions, and approvals.
• Monitor the design program and highlight any delays or risks to the Design Manager for corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements in all design submissions and drawings.
• Coordinate internally with drafting teams to implement design changes, align drawings, and ensure drawing accuracy.
• Participate in value engineering and design review exercises by consolidating information and preparing comparison documentation.
• Communicate design updates to relevant project stakeholders, ensuring alignment between site works and design intent.
• Carry out any other design coordination duties assigned by the superior to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Architectural/M&E discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in relevant industy
• Prior ID experience in construction/fit-out/building industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Ability to visualize instructions.

Job Description & Requirements

· Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;

· Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting;

· Assists Project Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department;

· Assists Project Manager in carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities; makes recommendations on risk control measures; communicating risk assessment to all workers;

· Ensures all contractors are safety inducted and issued with Permit before work commencement;

· Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; to inform project manager or project director of any shortcoming in the SWP or risk control measures implemented;

· Ensures the familiarization with the scope of works;

· Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner and seeks advice from Project Manager as appropriate;

· Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports;

· Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation;

· Co-ordinates daily activities of workers’ duties and to ensure that they are performed in a proper manner;

· Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel;

· Assists in cost control by cutting materials wastage, reducing labour cost, usage of tools and equipment, etc;

· Assists the Project Manager in conducting Mass Tool Box meeting with safety personnel;

· Orders materials required for projects;

· Takes photographs on project progress and damage;

· Ensures proper project documentation including email communication;

· Issues work checklists for site supervisor;

· Initials and controls all delivery orders;

· Assists in promoting good team morale and team spirit in the project team;

Job Description:

• Ensure implementation and compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies on the construction site.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, or conditions and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
• Carry out risk assessments and develop safe work procedures.
• Monitor and enforce site HSE protocol.
• Deliver HSE inductions and toolbox talks to all personnel, including contractors and visitors.
• Lead and document investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, audits, and training sessions in accordance with legal and company requirements.
• Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations.
• Lead the development and maintenance of emergency response plans and procedures, coordinate emergency drills to ensure employee preparedness, and acted as a key member of the emergency response team, providing leadership during critical incidents.
• Champion the site's safety culture by fostering employee engagement, ensuring leadership commitment to safety, promoting safety awareness through communication campaigns, safety meetings, and recognition programs, and engaging with employees at all levels to address concerns and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and participate in compliance audits or inspections.
• Perform Environmental Control Officer (ECO) role as assigned
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workplace safety and health, preferably in the construction industr
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
• Posses Environmental Control Officer under specified Construction Site (ECO/ CS) course and registered under National Environment Agency (NEA)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Claims Processing. Process claims, verifying data accuracy, providing reports and supporting by ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Contract Administration and Management. Monitor contract compliance, track milestones, maintain databases and communicate with stakeholder on contract information.
• Contract Preparation, Evaluation, Negotiation and Tendering. Support tendering activities through contract preparation, tasks evaluation, data gathering, information gathering and document preparation for entire tendering process.
• Payment Response Processing. Process Payment Response, verifying data accuracy, providing reports and supporting by ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Technical Presentation. Prepare presentations based on organizational templates and ensure presentations are clear and visually appealing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
• Proven expertise in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and methods of measurement.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying tools.
